Clem started skydiving in 1981 and became an instructor at Headcorn in 1990.
"My basic role is to take people for tandem skydives but I also teach people to jump by themselves, take them up in the aircraft and do that. I just generally help to run the parachuting programme here at Headcorn."
Clem's family are all interested in skydiving. His partner travels all around the world working as a skydiving judge.
His brother has done a lot of skydiving and Clem has taken two of his three sisters for a tandem skydive.
